While entering the Republic of BELARUS you have
1. goods that are subject to customs payments:
from January 1, 2019

cost over 500 euros, and (or) weighing over 25 kg |
- indivisible goods
(Indivisible goods for personal use are the goods for personal use the total
weight of which is more than 35 kg consisting of one unit of products in
disassemle, unassemble, incomplete or unfinished form, given that the goods
have primary qualities of assembled, complete or finished articles.
Completeness can be defined on the basis of information submitted by the
manufacturer, seller or sender of the goods on the labels, products passport,
guarantee coupons packing lists and other documents, based on conventional
(traditional) application of such product or set of goods which is fit for
their functional purpose);
- Alcoholic beverages and beer in quantities of more
than 3 liters, but not more than 5 liters per one individual who has reached the
age of 18;
- Ethanol;
- Quadra cycles, snowmobiles, snow and swamp-going
vehicles, ATVs and other motor vehicles not intended for traffic on public
roads, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, trailers to vehicles.
2. Goods
in respect of which the prohibitions
and (or) the restrictions to import are set;
- goods subject to veterinary control (domestic animals, products of animal origin), with the exception of finished products of animal origin in their original packaging, provided that the well-being country of origin of the specified goods and the country of export is up to 5 kilograms inclusive per individual person;
- quarantine products of high phytosanitary risk (seeds, plants, bulbs, tubers, fresh flowers and buds, fruits, vegetables), with the exception of quarantine products of high phytosanitary risk with a total weight of not more than 5 kg, as well as melons, watermelons, pumpkins not more than 1 piece, no more than 3 bouquets of flowers.
- weapons, their components, cartridges to arms;
- narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their
precursors, including in the form of drugs;
- samples of human biological materials (samples of
cells, tissues, human biological fluids, secrets, products of human vital
activity, physiological and pathological discharges, smears, scrapings, lavages);
- radio electronic devices and high-frequency devices for
civil use (except for microwave ovens, mobile phones, devices such as
"baby monitor", microphones such as "karaoke", hearing aids
and radioteners for people with hearing impairments).
3. Goods
for personal use, imported with exemption from payment of customs duties and
taxes:
- inherited outside the customs territory of the EAEU;
- imported by a person recognized as having moved to a
permanent place of residence in a member state of the EAEU or received refugee
status, a forced migrant;
- cultural values, documents of national archival funds
and originals of archival documents subject to confirmation of their
attribution to such in accordance with the legislation of the member state of
the EAEU.
4. cash
funds and (or) traveler's checks if the total amount of such cash and (or)
traveler's checks exceeds the amount equivalent to 10 thousand US dollars at
the rate of exchange, acting on the day of submission of passenger customs
declaration to the customs body;
5. monetary
instruments, except for traveler's checks (bills of exchange, checks (bank
checks), as well as securities in documentary form);
6. coffins
with bodies (remains), mortuary urns (ashes) of the deceased;
7. vehicles
for personal use, with the exception of vehicles for personal use registered in
the member states of the EAEU.
While departing from the Republic of Belarus you have:
1. Goods in respect of which the
prohibitions and (or) the restrictions to import are set;
- samples
of human biological materials (samples of cells, tissues, human biological fluids,
secrets, products of human vital activity, physiological and pathological
discharges, smears, scrapings, lavages);
- wild
live animals, particular wild plants and wild-growing medicinal raw materials;
- rare
and endangered species of wild live animals and wild plants included in the Red
Books of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union;
- cultural
values, documents of national archival funds and originals of archival
documents;
- collection
mineralogy and paleontology materials, bones of fossil animals.
2. vehicles
for personal use, with the exception of vehicles for personal use registered in
the EAEU member states;
3. coffins
with bodies (remains), mortuary urns (ashes) of the deceased;
4. cash
funds and (or) traveler's checks if the total amount of such cash and (or)
traveler's checks exceeds the amount equivalent to 10 thousand US dollars at
the rate of exchange, acting on the day of submission of passenger customs
declaration to the customs body;
5. monetary
instruments, except for traveler's checks (bills of exchange, checks (bank
checks), as well as securities in documentary form);
