State Customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus
The State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as the SCC) is a republican public administration body that conducts state customs policy, ensures the economic security of the Republic of Belarus within its competence, regulates and manages customs affairs and coordinates the activities of other republican public administration bodies and other organizations in this area.

The system of customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus includes the State Customs Committee, 8 customs offices and the educational institution "State Institute for Advanced Studies and Retraining of Personnel of Customs Bodies of the Republic of Belarus".
The Republican unitary enterprise "Beltamozhservice" is also subordinate to the State Customs Committee.
The SCC is subordinate to the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, and on certain issues of activity, provided for by legislative acts – exclusively to the President of the Republic of Belarus.
