Vladimir Orlovskiy was born in 1968 in Mogilev. He graduated from the Mogilev Engineering Institute (1993), the National Security Institute of the Republic of Belarus (2002), the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus (2014). He began his career in 1988 at Mogilev Lift Plant. Vladimir Orlovskiy has been working in customs authorities since 1994. In Mogilev customs he was promoted from an inspector to a deputy head of customs for customs clearance and control. In period 2007-2010 Vladimir Orlovskiy worked as deputy head of Brest customs for customs clearance and control. From 2010 to 2014 he was head of the Department of Customs Control of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus. From September 2014 to March 2015 he was head of Brest customs. In March 2015, Vladimir Orlovskiy was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus. On June 9, 2016 he was named the First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus. On December 21, 2020 he was named the Chairman of State customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus.
First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee - Class III State Advisor Customs Service
Alexander Valiev was born in 1974 in Minsk district. He graduated from the Belarusian State University (1996), post-graduate program of the Belarusian State University (1999). He has been working in the customs authorities since 2001. He began his service as an inspector of the Minsk Regional Customs, then worked in various positions in the State Customs Committee. In 2011-2016 - Head of the Department of tariff regulation and customs payments of the State Customs Committee. Since 2016, he has been the head of the Minsk Regional Customs. On March, 2021, he was appointed First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee.
Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee – Class III State Advisor Customs Service
Eduard Danilovich was born in 1977 in the Brest region. He received higher education in the specialties "law" (1999), "closed specialty" (2019). From 1999 to 2004, he served in the internal affairs bodies. He has been working in the customs authorities since 2004. In the customs "Zapodny Bug", then the Brest customs, he worked in various positions-from inspector to head of the department. Since 2017, he has served in senior positions in the Department of Internal Security and the main Department of the organization for combating smuggling and post-customs control of the State Customs Committee. Since March, 2021, he has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee.

Andrey Bolshakov was born in 1981 in Brest. He received higher education in the specialties "economics and management at the enterprise" (2002), "customs" (2017). He has been working in the customs authorities since 2002. In the Brest customs he worked in various positions - from inspector to head of the customs post. Since 2016 - Deputy Head, Head of the Main Department of Customs Control Organization of the State Customs Committee. Since March, 2021, he has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee.
Radivonik Dmitry
Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee - Class I Advisor Customs Service
Dmitry Radivonik was born in 1981 in Minsk. He graduated with a degree in Economics and Enterprise Management from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics in 2003. He has been in the customs authorities since 2003. He began his professional career as a leading inspector of the Division of Communications and Technical Means of Customs Control of the Department of Information Technology, Customs Statistics and Analysis of the State Customs Committee. In 2012, he was appointed head of this department, which he led until December 2024. Since December 2024, he has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee.
Head of the Brest Customs – Class I Advisor Customs Service
He was born in 1981 in the Brest region. In 2004, he graduated from the Brest State Technical University, in 2010 - the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus. He has been working in the customs authorities since 2005. He began his professional career as an inspector in the Brest customs. From 2014 to 2019, he headed the customs post "Malorita", from 2019 to 2020 he was the head of the customs post "Kozlovichi". In 2020, he held the position of First Deputy head of the Gomel Customs. Since August 2021, he has been appointed head of the Brest Customs.
Head of the Vitebsk Customs – Class I Advisor Customs Service
Sergey Linkevich was born in 1977 in Pinsk. In 1998 he graduated from the Belarusian State University with a degree in law. He has been in the customs authorities since 1997. He started his career in Pinsk customs. He worked his way up from inspector to deputy head of customs. Since 2018, he has headed law enforcement work in Brest, Vitebsk and Gomel customs. Since December 6, 2022, he has been appointed head of the Vitebsk customs.
Head of the Gomel Customs - Class I Advisor Customs Service
Andrey Misyuchenko was born in 1975 in Gomel. He graduated from the Belarusian State University of Transport and the State Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel of the Customs Authorities of the Republic of Belarus. He started his career in the customs authorities in 1999 at the Gomel Customs. From 2013 to 2014, he worked as Deputy Head of the Grodno Regional Customs. From 2014 to 2017 - Deputy Head of the Department of Tariff Regulation and Customs Payments of the State Customs Committee. From 2017 to 2020 – Deputy Head of the Gomel Customs. In March 2020 he was transferred to the Brest customs to the position of Deputy Head of customs. Since June 1, 2021, he has been appointed Head of the Mogilev Customs. On December 16, 2022, he was appointed to the post of head of the Gomel customs.
Head of the Grodno Regional Customs – Class III State Advisor Customs Service
Alexander Pihun was born in 1965 in Grodno. He graduated from the Belarusian State Polytechnic Academy (1993), the Institute of National Security of the Republic of Belarus (2002). In the customs authorities - since 1992. He began as an inspector of the Grodno regional customs. In 2002, he was appointed head of the customs post "Privalka", in 2005 – 2013 he headed the customs post "Bruzgi", after which he again returned to the duties of the head of "Privalka". Since May 4, 2015 he has been appointed Head of the Brest Customs, and from July 21, 2021 - the head of the Grodno regional customs.
Head of the Minsk Regional Customs - Class III State Advisor Customs Service
Sergey Ivanov was born in 1979 in the Mogilev region. He graduated from Mogilev State Technical University (2001). He started his career in the customs authorities in 2001. He has held senior positions in the system of customs authorities since 2008. From June 2019 to May 2021 - Head of the Mogilev Customs. Since May 14, 2021, he has been appointed Head of the Minsk Regional Customs.
Lobachev Pavel
Head of the Minsk Central Customs - Class III State Advisor Customs Service
Pavel Lobachev was born in 1972 in Mogilev. He graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics in 1994, the National Security Institute of the Republic of Belarus in 2001, and the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus in 2019. Since 1996, he started his career in the Mogilev Customs, where he worked his way up from inspector to Deputy head of customs for law enforcement. From 2004 to 2018 he worked as the head of the Department of own security and the Main Department of the Anti-Smuggling Organization of the State Customs Committee. In 2018, he was appointed head of the Vitebsk Customs. From 2022 to 2024, he was the head of the Interstate Center for Coordination of Risk Management Work of the Customs Committee of the Union State. Since December 26, 2024 he has been appointed Head of the Minsk Central Customs.
Head of the Mogilev Customs – Class III State Advisor Customs Service
Felix Yashkov was born in 1964 in Engels, Saratov region (Russia). He graduated from the Sverdlovsk Suvorov Military School, the Kiev Higher Military Aviation Engineering School, the Institute of National Security of the Republic of Belarus, the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus. He has been working in the customs authorities since 1995. He was promoted from an inspector to the Deputy Head of law enforcement work of the Mogilev customs, then - the Minsk regional Customs. From 2008 to 2012 - Deputy Head of the Department of combating smuggling and administrative customs offenses of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus. Since April 2012 - Head of the Gomel Customs. He was elected a member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus. From November 1, 2022, he was appointed to the post of head of the Operational Customs. From December 3, 2024 - Head of Mogilev Customs.
Khvisevich Alexander
Head of the Operational Customs - Class I Advisor Customs Service
Alexander Khvisevich was born in 1980 in Stakhovichi, Pinsk district, Brest region. In 2001 he graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in law, and in 2012 from the Institute of National Security of the Republic of Belarus. He began his professional career in 2001 in the internal affairs bodies, where he worked as a district police inspector and operational commissioner of the criminal investigation department of the criminal Police Department of the Pinsk district Executive Committee. In 2009, he joined the customs authorities as an inspector of the Department for Combating Smuggling and Administrative Customs Offenses of the Pinsk Customs. In 2016, he was appointed Head of the Operational Search Department of Brest Customs, and in 2021 - Head of the Anti–smuggling Department of Brest Customs. Since 2023, he has held the position of Deputy Head of the Grodno Regional Customs. Since December 10, 2024, he has been appointed head of the Operational Customs.
