Uzbek citizen hid 60 kg of auto parts from customs control

The 47-year-old citizen was traveling from Lithuania through the Kamenny Log checkpoint in a VOLVO truck. He informed the Grodno customs officers that he was not moving the goods subject to declaration.

However, during the customs inspection, auto parts were found in the cabin of the vehicle. The man hid 340 radial bearings and 6 control valves for a truck in the cavities under two seats.

The total cost of the product was more than 13 thousand rubles.

A protocol on an administrative offense has been drawn up against an Uzbek citizen in accordance with Part 2 of Article 15.1 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus. The sanction of the article provides for a fine of up to 30 basic units with possible confiscation of hidden goods.
