On the import of motor vehicles with electric motors to Belarus by individuals as vehicles for personal use

on December 9, 2023, Decision No. 134 of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated November 24, 2023 "On Amendments to Certain Decisions of the Commission of the Customs Union and the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission in Respect of Certain Types of Motor Vehicles" comes into force with electric motors."

In accordance with this decision, motor vehicles with electric motors can be imported into the Republic of Belarus with exemption from payment of import customs duties, and imported as vehicles for personal use – from payment of customs duties and taxes, until December 31, 2025 on the same terms.

The decision is published on the official website of the Eurasian Economic Commission www.eurasiancommission.org .
