A Gomel individual entrepreneur has been brought to administrative responsibility under three articles of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus.
During a special event in Gomel, his car with clothes, shoes, bags and other foreign-made goods worth about 100 thousand rubles was stopped by Gomel customs officers.
The violator did not comply with the requirement to present shipping documents for inspection due to their absence, and, leaving the car with the goods open, ignoring traffic regulations, ran across the busy road to the red light, and then disappeared.
On the fact of illegal cargo transportation, the driver was brought to administrative responsibility under Article 13.12, and for disobeying the lawful request of a government official - under Article 24.3 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus. The SAID of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee also issued a decree against him under 4.3 of Article 18.20 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus.
It is worth noting that at the end of last year, he was already prosecuted for the illegal movement of goods worth over 370 thousand rubles.
