During the operational search measures, the Operational Customs officers established the location of a batch of foreign goods illegally imported into the territory of the EAEU with a total value of about 2 million rubles.
About 100 thousand units of computer equipment, electric scooters, bicycles, car spare parts, photographic equipment and other goods were stored in the warehouse rented by the Belarusian company.
The representatives of the company could not produce any accompanying documents for these goods. There was also no information about their customs clearance upon importation into the territory of the EAEU.
The Operational Customs has initiated an administrative process in accordance with Article 13.12 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus. The sanction of the article provides for a fine of up to 50% of the value of the subject of an administrative offense.
