During the special measures, the Operational Customs officers revealed the fact of non-delivery of 10 thousand units of various goods intended for individuals to the control locations.
The total cost of illegally transported consumer goods amounted to more than 340 thousand Belarusian rubles.
So, in Smolevichi district, customs officers stopped the movement of two vehicles arriving from Russia.
During the verification measures, it was established that the Belarusian individual entrepreneur, when importing goods into the territory of Belarus, did not fulfill the mandatory condition established by Presidential Decree No. 297 - he did not deliver the goods to the control points before handing over the goods to individuals.
In addition, the drivers did not have the necessary shipping documents.
Administrative proceedings have been initiated against the individual entrepreneur in accordance with Articles 13.12 and 13.36 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus.
