Despite the ban on the import of civilian unmanned aerial vehicles and aircraft models by individuals into the country established by Presidential Decree No. 297, customs officers suppress such facts on a daily basis.
This year, employees of the Minsk regional Customs have identified 500 attempts to import civilian UAVs, spare parts for them and aircraft models in international mail.
We would like to draw the attention of those who wish to disregard the established rules that, from November 2, 2025, amendments to the Administrative Code and the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus regarding administrative and criminal liability for illegal actions against UAVs came into force.
We also remind you that all international mailings and goods sent to individuals imported into Belarus from the EAEU states must be monitored for the detection of attachments that show signs of containing civilian UAVs and aircraft models, and other goods, including substances and materials, for the illegal movement of which through The state border of the Republic of Belarus provides for criminal liability.
