For getting information materials on various aspects of the State Customs Committee activity a request on company letterhead must be addressed the Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus. The text of the request must be signed and stamped.

The request must contain:

1. The list of points of interest;
2. Proposed date of publication / broadcast;
3. Name of responsible correspondent;
4. Address, phone and other contact information.
