There are never many good deeds, and they need to be done all year round. The care of the youngest belarusians is also daily, it does not depend on dates and days in the calendar.
But in this magical New Year's Eve time, when everyone is waiting for the fulfillment of their cherished desires, believing in a miracle, our good deeds respond with special feelings and emotions.
Today, the charity event "Our Children" is taking place across the country, in which Belarusian customs officers from all regions of Belarus are actively participating.
Brest customs officers traditionally visited the social and educational center of Brest, which houses children who have been left without parental care.
And the staff of the Grodno regional customs again came with congratulations to the kids from the regional specialized orphanage.
Gomel customs officers presented the holiday to the children from the Lelchitsy Social and Pedagogical Center, and Vitebsk - from the Braslav Center for Correctional and Developmental Education and Rehabilitation, as well as special school No. 26 in Vitebsk.
The staff of the Operational Customs met with children from the Chervensky Igumensky social boarding house.
Employees of the Minsk regional Customs together with representatives of the Oktyabrsky district committee of the NGO "BRSM" organized a holiday for children undergoing treatment at the 3rd city Clinical hospital in Minsk.
Mogilev customs officers visited students of the Chauska regional secondary school, and employees of the Minsk Central Customs and Departmental Institute visited children from the village of Istoki.
Gift certificates were given to institutions and children to strengthen the material and technical base, bedding, hygiene products, clothing, toys, educational games, books, stationery, sweet gifts.
Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden, fairy-tale characters, round dances, poems and songs at the Christmas tree are integral components of these meetings.
In response, there were happy children's eyes, sincere smiles, and soulful performances that filled adult hearts with joy and warmth.
