The Belarusian individual entrepreneur intended to import into the country a batch of "gray" imports worth over 800 thousand US dollars.
He moved foreign-made goods from Russia without documents. There was also no confirmation of their importation through the external border of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The fact was established during the complex of operational search measures by the staff of the Operational Customs.
Almost 72,000 units of electronic cigarettes, liquids for them, headphones, home multimedia platforms, game consoles, cosmetic tools and others were imported in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter truck with a trailer.
On the fact of illegal transportation of goods by the Operational Customs, an administrative process has been initiated in accordance with Article 13.12 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus.
Further verification is carried out on the grounds of administrative offenses provided for in Part 1 of Articles 15.5 and 13.24 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus.
