Spare parts for agricultural machinery worth more than 220 thousand rubles were not declared by the Polish carrier when they were imported into the territory of the EAEU.
This was established by Grodno customs officers during an inspection at the departmental customs clearance point "Bruzgi-TLC" of a MAN truck arriving from Poland.
According to the information provided in the documents, spare parts for agricultural machinery were indeed moved in the vehicle. Only 1,4 thousand units of goods actually in the car were intentionally not declared, thereby trying to save about 40 thousand rubles on customs payments.
Grodno Regional Customs has initiated an administrative process in accordance with Part 1 of Article 15.5 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus.
The carrier will have to pay a fine of 30% of the cost of illegally transported spare parts, as well as the entire amount of customs duties required.
